Elizabeth Gozzer is a leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, human development, and impact-driven innovation. With a career spanning both the private and public sectors, she has worked across regions as diverse as MENA, Central America, Central Asia, and East Africa, where she led initiatives that fostered systemic change and sustainable growth. Her expertise in strategy, program design and implementation, and organizational leadership has been honed through years of working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, tackling complex challenges with creativity and determination. Elizabeth is known for asking key questions, connecting dots, and finding the needle, while making people smile.
Today, as the co-founder and CEO of Besage.ai, Elizabeth and her team are shaping the future of leadership development through iLeader.ai. Elizabeth’s approach as a servant leader ensures that iLeader.ai is more than a product—it’s a tool for meaningful transformation.
Elizabeth has a passion for learning--that is her main hobby! She enjoys long walks with her husband and puppy, and finds joy and inspiration in art, cinema, books, and improv. Stefano Calvetti - Co-founder & COO
Stefano blends his expertise in leadership coaching with cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. As the certified professional coach behind Besage.ai’s training platform, he ensures it provides practical tools that empower customers to grow and thrive.
His passion for coaching is deeply rooted in his 30+ year military career. A retired Navy Admiral, Stefano has led professionals in high-stakes, high-pressure environments, serving as Deputy Military Assistant to the Italian Prime Minister, commanding officer of Navy ships, and team leader in challenging regions like Afghanistan, Kosovo, and the Horn of Africa.
At Besage.ai—like in his Navy days—Stefano focuses on building trust, resilience, and collaboration. Guided by the ethos, “Try and leave this world better than you found it,” he dedicates himself to empowering others to navigate challenges and unlock their potential.
When he’s not working (or even when he is), you’ll find Stefano listening to music, his go-to source of inspiration.
Diego De Granda - CTO
Diego is a seasoned expert in product development and engineering with over 12 years of experience in the tech industry. Recognized as a Google Developer Expert and certified Design Sprint Master, he has led and scaled engineering teams in startups and organizations like Platzi, where he also contributed as an instructor for software development and system design courses.
Passionate about technology and innovation, Diego thrives on solving complex challenges and creating solutions that empower high-performance teams. His expertise extends to designing efficient systems and processes that drive productivity and collaboration. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling, exploring new ideas, and fostering tech communities, reflecting his belief that sharing knowledge and experiences leads to growth.

Daniel Abraján - Senior Backend & AI Engineer, Advisor
Daniel is an experienced software engineer who specializes in AI development and backend systems using Python, TypeScript, Django, and FastAPI. He's built everything from multi-agent RAG systems with LlamaIndex and LangChain to scalable applications on AWS and Cloudflare Workers, with a knack for turning complex problems into working solutions.His journey has taken him from modernizing core systems and leading engineering teams to building AI systems and consulting on data processing pipelines. This experience across system administration, infrastructure migration, prompt engineering, and AI integration gives him a unique perspective on how technology can transform workflows and deliver real business value.
Gabriel Martínez – Frontend Developer.
Gabriel specializes in building dynamic and user-friendly mobile applications with React Native, enhancing seamless user experiences and efficient performance. With a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, he delivers robust features that elevate product functionality.
Passionate about clean code and problem-solving, Gabriel constantly seeks to optimize processes and explore emerging tech trends. In his free time, he’s an avid gamer who enjoys discovering new and engaging stories.
Giuliano combines backend development expertise with a focus on scalable software architecture. Specializing in Python and Django, he builds efficient solutions that drive growth while adhering to SOLID principles and clean architecture.
At Besage.ai, Giuliano ensures stability and innovation through legacy system migrations and infrastructure optimization.
Outside of work, Giuliano enjoys science fiction movies and playing strategy, simulation, and action-adventure video games, always finding inspiration in immersive worlds.
Héctor Pulido - Data Scientist & AI Engineer
Héctor Pulido is a Data Scientist passionate about creating AI-driven solutions with Python, SQL, and Machine Learning. He specializes in LLMs, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, contributing to projects like recommendation systems and advanced chatbots.
An educator at heart, Héctor has authored six courses on AI, Rust, and game development, reaching over 50,000 students. Outside of work, he advocates for open-source, develops indie games, and enjoys chess, dreaming of technologies indistinguishable from magic.
Jorge Torres - Product Designer
Jorge transforms ideas into visually stunning and functional digital products. At Besage.ai, he drives user-focused design, improving experiences while achieving business goals.
An immigrant to Peru in 2017, Jorge reinvented himself during the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning from graphic design to UX design, his true passion. His journey includes impactful roles like helping farmers in rural Peru with Agros and refining digital solutions at WTS Peru.
Outside work, Jorge enjoys time with his four cockatiels, who often charm his teammates during virtual meetings.
Juan Carlos Cruz - Frontend Developer
Juan Carlos creates intuitive and scalable user interfaces that enable seamless digital experiences. With over five years of expertise in frontend development, he has successfully delivered projects for Startups and Y-Combinator-backed companies, including scaling a startup’s MVP to over 2,000 active users.
Passionate about merging design and technology, Juan Carlos strives to meet business goals through impactful solutions. Outside work, he shares his love for music by learning piano and guitar while exploring creative tech projects.
Rainer is a QA Tester with manual/exploratory experience across streaming, social media, and banking platforms. At Besage.ai, he improves reliability and usability on web and mobile, prioritizing edge cases and customer focus.
Growing into automation, he is adding Selenium & Cypress while keeping a strong base in structured testing and clear bug reports. He supports performance metrics and helps shorten testing cycles rapidly.
Outside work, Rainer enjoys reading about astrology, watching big-box releases at the cinema, and finding surprisingly good online deals.
