Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Besage.ai, Inc. ("Besage," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation, handles information when you visit besage.ai (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Our product, iLeader, has its own privacy policy, available at www.ileader.ai/privacy, which governs the iLeader application and dashboards.
What we collect
The Site does not require an account and has no forms. We collect:
Information you choose to send us. If you contact us by email or book a demo, we receive the following: your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. Demo scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment-booking service; the information you enter there is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details.
Technical information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data: IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and the dates and times of visits. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
Cookies. The Site does not set cookies for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the Site to function. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use the information above to respond to you, schedule and hold the conversations you request, operate and secure the Site, and understand how the Site is used in aggregate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Site data for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate the Site and our scheduling on our behalf (for example, our hosting provider and Google for calendar bookings), and where required by law. Service providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their services.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and the information described in this policy is processed and stored there. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own.
Retention
We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, then delete it. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email stefano@besage.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for the processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating the Site and responding to inquiries, or your consent where required; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Children
The Site is directed at professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice on the Site.
