These Terms of Use govern your access to besage.ai (the "Site"), operated by Besage.ai, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Besage.ai," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. These terms cover the Site only; use of our product, iLeader, is governed by its own terms at www.ileader.ai/terms.
The Site
The Site provides information about Besage.ai and its products. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, coaching, legal, or other advice. Product descriptions, statistics, and research citations are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the design of the Site — are owned by Besage.ai or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. BESAGE.AI™ and ILEADER™ are trademarks of Besage.ai, Inc. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, republish, or use the content or the marks without our written permission. Documents we expressly offer for download may be used under the terms stated where they are offered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party services, including Google Calendar for demo scheduling and LinkedIn. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besage.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, DC, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Besage.ai regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
